STEP (.stp) or SolidWorks (.sldprt) files are preferred. DXF/DWG files are also fine for us to work with. If you dont have a CAD design, sketches or even photos are fine, we can help with the CAD modelling.
Yes. We offer CAD modelling services and reverse engineering. Send whatever you have, photos, physical parts, hand sketches, etc. and we can convert into a proper parametric CAD file.
Common materials include:
- aluminium (most grades)
- Brass
- Plywood / form ply.
- Hard woods
- pastics (acetal, nylon, acrylic, etc.)
- foam
If you need something unusual or exotic, just ask.
Typical lead times:
- Simple parts: 1-3 days
- Complex machining: 3-7 days.
- CAD modelling/reverse engineering: depends on complexity.
Absolutely. We specialise in prototypes, single parts, amd small production runs.
Not always. For somple parts, a STEP model + short description is usually enough.
For anything with tight tolerances, threads, fits, finishes, or critical dimensions - a 2D drawing is strongly recommended.
Tolerance capability depends on:
- Material
- Part size
- Tooling
- Fixturing
For aluminium parts, ±0.1 is typical, if you need something specific, tell us early.
Once you approve your quote, we'll send an invoice. payment can be made either by cash or bank transfer. usually 50% of fulll payment is required before any manufacturing begins, to cover material cost, tooling, etc.

Yes. We can ship Australia wide. Packaging and delivery cost will be included on your quote.
Yes, we can clean up geometry, fix broken features, adjust models for manufacturability, and prepare files for CNC manufacturing.
Yes... but STL's are mesh-only and often require a significant amount of extra work. if possible, send a STEP file instead for faster quoting and better accuracy.
- Send STEP files
- Tell us the material
- State the required QTY.
- Highlight any critical dimensions
- Avoid tight tolerances unless needed
