Send us your individual part files in .sldprt or .stp format, along with a BOM and a short description covering any requiored tolerances, materials, finishes, etc.
Even a simple message like "cut one of these from 6mm aluminium" is perfectly fine.
Don't have CAD files? No problem, send a description, sketch, or photos, and we can work from there.
We review the submitted files to ensure we clearly understand what you are asking us to quote.
if any information is missing or unclear (e.g. unspecified tolerances, ambiguous features, material assumptions), we may contact you to clarify before preparing a quote.
Any design changes, tolerance development, or design advice required wil be quoted separately.
Once everything has been reviewed, we'll send you a customised quote including:
- final price
- Lead time
- Material confirmation
- Any recommended design or manufacturing changes.
no suprises, if revisions are needed, we'll update the quote accordingly.
After you approve the final quote and payment is recieved, SBCNC begins manufacturing your order within the timeframe specified.
When your order is complete, we'll contact you via email or phone. You can pick up from our workshop in West Burleigh, or we can ship your parts Australia-wide.
